B2B returns & refund policy
As this a B2B (business to business) website, we only sell products sold on this website to other businesses or non-profit organisations who either resell these products or use them within the course of their work/business activities.
Refunds will be in the form of store credit to use against future purchases on this website which must be used within 12 months. This store credit will be subject to a minimum order value of £100 AFTER store credit has been applied.
We do not operate a sale or return policy.
- Unwanted and unused items can be sent back to us subject to a 20% handling charge. This must be done within 30 days of days of delivery. This is subject to prior agreement with us.
- If any item or parcel is damaged or opened upon delivery, you must report it to us within 24 hours of delivery and must also noted with the delivery driver's electronic handheld device. Please provide photographic evidence. You may be asked to send the items back.
- For faulty items, this must be reported back to us within 30 days of delivery. Please provide photographic evidence. You may be asked to send the items back.
- Any items missing or not delivered you must report it to us within 24 hours of delivery via email. After 24 hours we will NOT entertain any claims of shortages.
In all cases, you will need to bear the cost of sending the items back to us.
